Italy, near future. The old penitentiaries, filthy, overcrowded, brimming with violence and abuse , are just a memory. Inmates now serve their sentence in a state of deep sleep that renders them harmless, and has drastically reduced recidivism. Ipersonno ( Hypersleep ) is an effective system, economical and reliable. Until the day , that is, when David Damiani (Stefano Accorsi), a psychologist tasked with m onitoring the inmates’ mental state, finds himself before a prisoner for whom all data has been lost. An unprecedented setback that will set in motion a chain of unpredictable events, and force David to face the demons from his own past.

It is 1990 and a small club goes on an adventure that will change the history of Italian football. The players and the journalists who wrote about that sports season take turns telling the story of that incredible journey, sharing their memories and emotions. Exclusive, unpublished archive material adds to the tale. A journey that lasted one year, when the legendary U.C. Sampdoria of Gianluca Vialli and Roberto Mancini set off in the 1990/91 season to become not only the strongest, but also the most beautiful club. An adventure that has lasted a lifetime, starting at a time when the club never stopped supporting its members, not even in the hardest moments, all the way to the magical and unforgettable evening in the summer of 2021, when the “goal twins” shared a tearful embrace after winning the European Championship at Wembley Stadium.

The docufilm written by Marco Ponti, Pierdomenico Baccalario, Shadi Cioffi, and Andrea Delmonte, and creative produced by Emanuele Cava, was filmed in four weeks in London and Genoa. It is based on the book by the same name published by Mondadori and written by Gianluca Vialli and Roberto Mancini in collaboration with all the champions of that legendary Sampdoria team, edited by Pierdomenico Baccalario with the support of Massimo Prosperi and creative developed in collaboration with Book on a Tree.

Milan, 8 November, 2021. Sky announces the filming of TRAVELERS, the new Sky Original film produced by Groenlandia. Directed by Ludovico Di Martino (Skam Italia 3, The Beast) and written by Ludovico Di Martino and Gabriele Scarfone, TRAVELERS is an adventure film about a group of friends who time travel in a time machine to Benito Mussolini’s Rome of 1939.

The film stars Matteo Schiavone as Max, Fabio Bizzarro (The Knights of Castelcorvo) as Flebo, Andrea Gaia Wlderk as Greta, Francesca Alice Antonini (Gomorrah) as Lena, Gianmarco Saurino (Maschile singolare) as Beo, and Federico Tocci (On My Skin, La Squadra, Speravo de Morì prima) as Vulcano. SYNOPSIS
A group of friends on a mission to find the missing brother of one of them mistakenly activate a mysterious machine with which they time travel to Rome in 1939, where racial laws have been passed and fascist militias are everywhere. A journey back in time to the Eternal City on the brink of a new world war.

Two proud and distant brothers, a disputed inheritance, and a past that comes knocking at the door again. When he learns of the death of his father, with whom he has had no relationship for many years, Salvo (Aldo Baglio) embarks on a journey to his native Sicily. The goal is to convince his brother Lillo to sell the family farmhouse to save his pizzeria on the verge of bankruptcy (a secret he has kept even from his wife and children). But the task will be far from easy, and Salvo will be forced to come to terms with all his choices.
