In most parts of the world, school is a crucial development environment where children grow, learn, and find self-fulfillment. But for some kids, school is much more than that – it’s a matter of life and death.
The mission of the non-profit organization Still I Rise is to solve the global education crisis by providing excellent, free education to the most discriminated, poor, and vulnerable children in the world. Through a cutting-edge educational model, Still I Rise empowers these children and gives them the chance to build a better future.
Our documentary film tells the stories of these children and their daily lives in the facilities founded by the organization, a journey that takes us to the most remote corners of the Earth, discovering some of the most complex scenarios in the world, where children find in Still I Rise Schools the prospect of a brighter tomorrow.
